Which services do you specialize in?

We specialize in Washer and Dryer repair, Refrigerator and Freezer repair, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooktop and Oven repairs. For more information about other appliances, send us a message, and we'll be happy to help!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, Venmo and cash.

How long does the repair service take?

If the major repair is needed, we'll order replacement parts upon your approval of the estimate. We'll be in touch as soon as we receive the parts to schedule the completion visit. It usually takes 2 - 5 business days, depending on the delivery of the parts. We will always keep you informed if it takes longer than expected to get the part. 

In many cases, our technician will be able to help you right away. 

Where do you source replacement parts?

We order replacement parts only from the trustworthy suppliers with well-established reputation and warranty.

Do you charge for the diagnosis (service call) visit or is it free?

We do charge a non-refundable $60 service call fee. We apply this amount towards the total cost of the repairs.

Will I have to pay a deposit for the repairs?

Yes, once you approve the technician's estimate provided upon the diagnosis visit.

What if I paid a deposit for the repairs and later choose not to move forward with scheduled repairs?

We totally understand, life happens and we'll be happy to provide you with a full refund of your deposit payment. And in some cases, we have to charge a restocking fee for the parts that have been already ordered. We will issue the refund within 2 business days.

We serve San Diego, Coronado, National City, Bonita, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, El Cajon, La Jolla, and Poway.
